minutesThis is a great treat for pups as a dessert or special event! They are super easy to make. Once you show your pup how to lick them - they typically figure it out quickly and are able to escape to a doggie state of bliss licking the cool treat! Please supervise dogs to ensure they do not eat the containers and VERY IMPORTANT - make sure the yogurt and peanut butter do NOT contain Xylitol or any artificial sweeteners. Xylitol is extremely toxic to dogs.
You can use applesauce instead of a banana for a change too. This amazing cool treat is loved by all of Addies furry friends - and the cost is much lower to make than to buy premade.

Ingredients
2 Cups 2 Nonfat Plain Yogurt (no artificial sweeteners)
1 Ea 1 Banana
2 Tbs 2 Peanut Butter (no artificial sweeteners)
Directions
- Put the yogurt, peanut butter and banana in the mixer.
- Mix on high until all ingredients are blended. You may need to stop the mixer and remove some peanut butter from the sides with a spoon or spatula and drop it in the mixture and remix.
- Pour the mixture into the cups or freezer molds. Depending on your dogs size - you can fill the cups with an amount that is appropriate for 1 serving. Addie prefers 1/2 cup full.
- Put the cups or molds into the freezer. They will be ready to serve in about an hour!
- Always make sure that none of your ingredients contain Xylitol or similar artificial sweeteners as they are extremely toxic to pets! Check with your vet on any diet specific needs related to medical issues - etc.
Oversee pets to ensure they do not eat the containers!
